Available in early 2025, the Flex Studio Space is where creativity meets flexibility.

FLEX WAREHOUSE SPACE

The Milkyway Complex offers a versatile small-bay warehouse space designed to meet the needs of modern businesses. This CMU and PEMB building spans approximately 13,000 SF, which can be utilized as a single suite or divided into three individual suites of around 4,300 SF each. Every suite is equipped with a small office, restroom, and large overhead drive-in doors, with the option to add a steel mezzanine for additional workspace. Completion of this contemporary, adaptable commercial space is expected in the first quarter of 2025.
