MW ANNEX WAREHOUSE

The Milky Way Complex offers a versatile small-bay warehouse space designed to meet the needs of modern businesses. This CMU and PEMB building spans approximately 12,500 SF, which can be utilized as a single suite or divided into three individual suites of around 4,200 SF each. Every suite is equipped with a small office, restroom, and large overhead drive-in doors, with the option to add a steel mezzanine for additional workspace. This contemporary, adaptable commercial space is now complete and available for lease.
